These terms govern your use of ScopeAir (the "app"), developed by Tomáš Duraná ("we", "us"). By installing or using ScopeAir, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What ScopeAir is

ScopeAir is a hobby aviation-radar display. It shows aircraft positions sourced from community ADS-B networks and flight-plan data from third-party providers, presented on a retro radar-style screen.

Not for navigation. Data shown in ScopeAir may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. ScopeAir must never be used for aircraft navigation, air traffic control, flight planning, or any other safety-critical or operational purpose. Always rely on official, certified aviation data sources for those needs.

Free tier & Pro subscription

ScopeAir is free to use with daily limits on radar time, range, and flight-detail lookups, and is supported by ads. ScopeAir Pro removes these limits and ads for a recurring subscription fee, currently €2.99/month or €19.99/year.

Pro is billed and managed entirely through Google Play Billing.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.
You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription at any time in the Google Play Store app under Subscriptions.
Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy — we don't process payments or refunds directly.
Prices may change; you'll be notified through Google Play before any change affecting an active subscription takes effect.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to bypass free-tier limits (e.g. by tampering with the app, spoofing device identity, or circumventing Google Play Integrity checks), reverse-engineer the app beyond what's permitted by law, or use ScopeAir in any way that disrupts our backend or the third-party services it depends on.

Third-party data

Aircraft positions, flight plans, and airline/airframe data come from third-party providers (adsb.lol, FlightAware AeroAPI, adsbdb.com) that we don't control. We aren't responsible for gaps, delays, or errors in that data.

No warranty

ScopeAir is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, ScopeAir.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continuing to use ScopeAir after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
