Before you write, check these

The radar isn't showing any aircraft

Live positions depend on community ADS-B coverage near the selected airport — some regions and low-traffic hours simply have little or nothing to show. Try a busier airport or a different time of day. Also confirm you have an active internet connection.

I hit the free-tier limit

The free tier includes 15 minutes of radar time and 20 flight-detail lookups per day, resetting at 00:00 UTC, with a 25 km range cap. ScopeAir Pro removes all of these limits — see the Pro tier on the home page.

I subscribed to Pro but it's not unlocked

Pro entitlement is managed by Google Play. Try restarting the app; if it's still not recognized, confirm the subscription is active under Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions, then contact us with your Google Play order ID.

I want to cancel or get a refund

Subscriptions are managed entirely through Google Play. Open the Play Store app → Menu → Subscriptions → ScopeAir Pro to cancel, or request a refund through Google Play's standard refund process.

Flight details look wrong or outdated

Flight-plan data is sourced from FlightAware AeroAPI and airline/airframe data from adsbdb.com; occasionally upstream data is incomplete or delayed. ScopeAir is a hobby display, not an operational tool — see our Terms of Service.

Something else

Email contact@scopeair.app with your device model, Android version, and ScopeAir version (Settings screen) if it's a bug report — that helps us track it down faster.
